The building is a Grade II listed structure that retains original features including open fireplaces, exposed beams, and a 16th-century wall painting displayed in the restaurant. Each room contains antique furnishings that differ by room type, with some rooms offering vaulted ceilings and carved wooden bed heads. The public areas retain a Tudor-era atmosphere with wood-paneled walls and historical paintings.
